I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing complimentary drinks upon arrival and throughout my stay. The room was clean and well-equipped, with high-quality amenities and comfortable bedding. Breakfast was excellent, with individually cooked meals served in a private dining room. The location was convenient, within walking distance of many popular attractions.

Over the New Year, we traveled to a hotel in Kanazawa and had an exceptional experience. the complimentary drinks and food were a fantastic way to start our stay. the location was excellent for exploring the city, and we appreciated the spacious and comfortable rooms. the attentive staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

The only issue we had was with the mattress on the bed, which could be a problem for taller individuals.

This hotel is amazing! The amenities and snacks provided in the room and bathrooms were outstanding. The breakfast each morning was spectacular, and the staff were fantastic and helpful. The location is great, an excellent walking distance from the station and sightseeing spots.

The mattress on the bed was thin, so it was uncomfortable for people with extra weight or who are quite tall.

the staff was friendly and never failed to make us feel welcome. the hotel's location was excellent, giving us easy access to many of the city's popular attractions.

Sadly, the room we stayed in was a bit smaller than we expected, with limited space to move around.

I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished, providing the perfect place to unwind. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure a stress-free stay. They even surprised us with a bouquet for our special occasion. I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit and highly recommend this place.
